Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the facility. Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of services and programs. Strong knowledge of budgets and fiscal oversight. Proven, leadership abilities and skills. Able to represent the facility well to outside agencies. Oversee, maintain and interpret the facility's policies and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years experience as an Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator. 

Licensed Social Worker

Bronx, NY / Outpatient Mental Health Clinic  A nationally recognized, multi-state non-profit dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for people with barriers. 

Responsibilities include: conducting intake interviews, rendering diagnoses in accordance with DSM criteria, providing crisis intervention, providing psychotherapy in various treatment modalities, conducting telephone referrals, providing advocacy, case management and referrals. Meet Agency requirements for qualitative and quantitative documentation. Includes writing progress notes, treatment plans, intake assessments, correspondence regarding clients, termination summaries, progress notes and any and all other required documentation. Ensure that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services as required to meet the needs of the consumer and their families. Direct Service: Maintain a caseload of clients with the expectation of delivering a minimum of 25 of direct service per week.

Director of Nursing

NYC / 200+ bed Skilled Nursing Facility  One of the leading providers of medical services and rehabilitation for elderly patients; providing the highest standard of services for short-term and long-term care needs. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the functions for the nursing department. You will assume the primary role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, efficient nursing care. Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interactions with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors. Set and monitor achievement of goals and objectives for the nursing department consistent with established philosophy and standards of practice. Establish, implement, and continually update competency/skills checklists for nursing staff. Prepare and assure adherence to an annual operating budget for the nursing department .
Current NY State RN license. 3+ years experience in nurse leadership role. 1+ year experience working in skilled nursing facility.  

Executive Director

Greater Boston Area / A community based mental health and substance abuse service provider, offering a full range of clinical services for teens and adults.   

Responsible for leadership, direction and oversight of all departments and services including financial monitoring, risk management, contract management, accreditation/certification, oversight, and monitoring special projects. This position requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision making skills. A high degree of professional knowledge in behavioral health and/or substance abuse. Adept in organizational and staff leadership, board relations, budget and administrative management. 10+ years in management role with experience overseeing professional staff in a mental health or health care-related organization. Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. MSW, MPA preferred.
